Revive PCs' Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping orders placed on revivepcs.com.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Order processing may take longer during peak seasons or for certain products.
2. Shipping Methods
- We ship via Posti within Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
3. Free Shipping
- Free shipping is offered on all orders over 200 euros.
4. Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and day of the week.
- Orders are collected by Posti once per week from our location.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided by Posti.
5. Returns
- There is a €20.00 flat return shipping fee for all orders as long as they comply with our returns policy.
- Please contact us to arrange a return shipment.
6. Insurance
- Shipments are not insured against loss or damage during transit by Revive PCs. Revive PCs at no point owns the items and therefore are not able to insure them. Items are insured for the time they are in our care, but not before they arrive or after they depart our location. Sellers are able to take out their own insurance for shipping, but this must be done independently of Revive PCs.
7. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
